Sorry, but to me that's like asking GM to build cars without using screws because some people might not like screws.
Using the framework cuts programming time in half, and it's automatically installed on all new versions of Windows. If you don't have it you can get it for free - if you have some ideological objection to it, why are you using Windows in the first place?
